Attorney Mark L. Rosenberg is a member of the bar associations of the State
of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice before the
United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States
District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals
for the District of Columbia Circuit and the United States Tax Court. He has
also been specially admitted for specific cases before the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
